Screen printing is the process for smaller quantities and the best quality image. Screened images are very sharp and crisp with good ink opacity and even the ability to over rint multiple colors to solve registration problems in some art. Normal production time is 10 working days, but rush service is available at no extra charge for this process. (See rush request info.) One disadvantage of the screen process is mutliple colors must be printed and reregistered one at a time making it more costly than offset printing.
|
Offset printing provides an economical way of printing larger quantities and up to 4 color imprints on one pass. Quality of Offset printing is sometimes less than screen printing. Some slurring and blurring is possible. Do not expect the same clarity of print as screen printing. Please request random samples if this is a concern. Normal production time is 10 working days.
