If you require an exact
color match for your logo, either send PMS numbers or a color swatch
to match. There is a charge of $25 for any color other than the
standard colors listed above. All PMS
colors are available for offset printing except 800 series and dayglow
colors (PMS is a trademark of Pantone, Inc.) Factory not
responsible for color unless PMS number or sample is provided for each
color separation. If PO says to use a PMS# and you describe
color - we are only responsible for the PMS#. We do not check to
see if the PMS# you provide is the color stated. |
COPY AND INK CHANGES
- Copy changes and/or combined quantity pricing are not
available. Ink color changes available. Add $15 for each
color change for screen printing and add $65 for
each color change for offset printing with a minimum of 15M items. |

MAIL ORDERS
Mail orders should be sent to Cup and Napkin Connection, 103 Brookside Drive, Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356. Enclose a check or money order payable in US dollars, or we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Multi-service. Be sure to clearly specify the items you are ordering, color of imprint, sizes, and a sketch of your layout for personalization. Include artwork if required. If using a credit card be sure to
give the full account number and the expiration date as well as the name on the card and the billing address. Be sure to include your phone number in case we need to contact you.

MULTICOLOR PRINTING -
Prices include one color imprint. For additional imprint colors
and the running charges listed for each additional color. For
screen printing, multiple color printing is available on one side only
on most drinkware. Handled drinkware only can be printed
multiple color on two sides. Offset
Multiple color printing is available on one or both sides, and
wrapped. Call for imprint areas and wrap dimensions. |
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS -
No overruns unless requested. We make every effort to ship the
exact quantity ordered. On special order items factory will run
case quantities only, less production scrap. |
PAPER PROOF - If
requested, one paper proof via the fax at no charge. You are
allowed one change. After that there will be a charge of $10 per
change. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PLACED INTO THE PRODUCTION
SCHEDULE UNTIL THE FINAL SIGNED APPROVAL FORM IS FAXED BACK. |

PRODUCT PROOF
Actual product proofs, require a complete machine setup. The
charge for screened products will be $35 per color in addition to
applicable art charges. For Offset the
charge will be $125 per color and all applicable are charges.
THE FINAL ORDER WILL NOT BE PLACED INTO PRODUCTION UNTIL THE SIGNED
SPEC SAMPLE APPROVAL IS RETURNED. |
PRODUCTION TIME -
Normal production time is 5 working days for screen printed orders
of 10,000 quantity or less. Quantities above 10,000 may
require longer Offset Printing - Normal
production time is 10 working days for orders of 100,000 quantity or
less. Quantities above 100,000 may require longer.
Contact factory for more information. ALL ORDERS THAT COME IN
WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR
SHIPMENT ON THE 5th or 10th WORKING DAY for

RETURNS - Must be
pre-approved by the factory and in no event will be accepted after
30 days from date of delivery. |
RUSH SERVICE - Is
available at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Just follow these very easy
steps:
- Call customer service
before sending in order to give them the specs of the order.
- Customer service will
fax back your answer within 15 minutes.

YOU MUST CALL FIRST IN
ORDER TO GET RUSH SERVICE OTHERWISE THE ORDER WILL GET NORMAL
PRODUCTION DATES. Offset orders are less
likely to be approved for rush service due to the longer runs. |
SHIPPING &
HANDLING - FOB Factory. We normally
ship UPS ground, free of charge if in the Continental US and must have a street address and US zip code. Orders shipped outside of the continental US. and orders shipped by
air methods, (at your request) will be billed at cost. Our Air
carriers are UPS, and FEDERAL EXPRESS. If requesting a Common
Carrier please specify carrier account number and carriers phone
number. There will be a $2.00 charge per box for shipments
using your carrier account number. Claims for damaged or
lost shipments must be filed with the freight carrier. Factory
will not be responsible for merchandise lost, damaged, or delayed by
the freight carrier. No C.O.D. shipments. Most drinkware orders are shipped within 10 working days. Add 8% to your order for Shipping and Handling charge to continental US addresses regardless of
number of boxes or weight. UPS next day air and 2nd day air are available at cost if required. We can ship via Federal Express if you provide your Account number. Kentucky addresses must include a 6% sales tax.
Minimum shipping charge is $5.00. Shipping of export, expedited, and other orders outside of the continental US will be billed at cost. |
SPECIAL ORDERS -
Items other than those pictured in the catalog are available,
contact factory. Factory runs case quantities only, less
production scrap. The production time will vary. |
SPLIT SHIPMENTS - To
multiple locations and multiple ship methods will be made at $7.50
per each additional address location. Offset
printed products are limited to case quantity only to each address. |
TRADEMARKS - Factory
assumes are and copy submitted is in compliance with all trademark
and copyright laws, and licensing, if required, has been
secured. Buyer shall hold factory harmless from all claims and
costs arising from items printed for the buyer. Trademarks and
logos contained in photographs in this brochure are not for sale,
are for the illustration of printing capabilities only and do not
represent endorsements from these companies. |
TYPESETTING - On
page 12 of our catalog are the standard typefaces. No
typesetting charge up to five lines of standard typestyles.
